FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Does ‘offerable’ mean a home is for sale?+

No. Every home is offerable, but that never implies the owner wants to sell. Only ‘For Sale’ means a home is marketed, and only ‘Owner Open to Offers’ is a signal from the verified owner.

How does the owner find out about my offer?+

In the live service, by secure message if they've claimed their home, or by a discreet KNOCK letter. In this prototype nothing is sent.

Will owners see my personal details?+

Owners see your verification status, buying position and message. Contact details are shared only if both sides agree.

What is a hidden price?+

Owners can privately set a figure that would tempt them. If an offer meets it (within a tolerance they choose) they're alerted discreetly. Buyers never see it.

Are the valuations real?+

Not yet. All ranges and history in the prototype are illustrative. They're not valuations and shouldn't be relied on.

Is the AR street view live?+

No — it's a simulation over a sample image to show how virtual boards will look.

Can I stop receiving offers?+

Yes. Owners can opt out completely, and we'll stop routing offers to the address.

Is an accepted offer binding?+

No. As in any English or Welsh sale, agreement is subject to contract until exchange.
